• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and driver logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Control entry and exit for personnel, vehicles, trailers, and contractors per facility procedures to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarm activity, and critical situations; notify appropriate contacts and complete documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, trailer yards, and business perimeter; conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
