• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery procedures in accordance with site requirements, helping to deter unauthorized entry and support a professional workplace environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document events according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining awareness of technology assets and sensitive business areas.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
