What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor, employee, and contractor credentials, and manage sign-in and badging processes in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned technology and corporate facilities, including entry points, offices, and perimeter areas, to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Document visitor activity, access-control events, and incident details accurately while maintaining professional communication with site personnel and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
