Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a construction location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the construction site, perimeter, entry points, parking areas, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing visitors, contractors, deliveries, and vehicles, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Panel in Fort Wayne, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Pay Rate: $21.16 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
