Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time Screening Quality Control role in Columbus, OH. You will monitor access points, screen individuals and belongings, and report security concerns while providing professional customer service.

You will conduct patrols, respond to incidents calmly, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents. Minimum requirements include 1+ year of security experience, HS diploma, and background checks.

As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Quality Control in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Screener with Allied Universal, you will support a welcoming campus environment by monitoring access points, screening individuals and belongings as required, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM
• Fri 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM
• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM
• Sun 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
