Job summary

Allied Universal in Rialto, CA is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time night shift at a distribution site. You will screen personnel, visitors, packages, and vehicles, uphold site procedures, and provide professional customer service to keep the environment safe.

The role pays $18.80 per hour with a schedule of 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Minimum requirements include 18+ (21+ for armed roles when applicable), a high school diploma or equivalent, background check, drug

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the distribution location in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify required credentials, documentation, and/or authorizations before permitting entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report irregular conditions.

As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Procedures in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening personnel, visitors, packages, and/or shipments in accordance with site procedures. You will remain attentive, communicate professionally, report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service.
