Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Screening Attendant in Rialto, CA. You will screen personnel and visitors, provide top-notch customer service, and maintain a secure site at a logistics and distribution location.

Responsibilities include operating screening equipment, conducting inspections, and responding to incidents. The role requires age 18+ (21+ for armed), a high school diploma, and background/drug checks.

As a Security Officer Screening Attendant in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure, efficient operation by screening personnel, visitors, and/or materials in accordance with site procedures. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate professionally, report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon - 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Tue - 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Wed - 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Thur - 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Fri - 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct visual inspections of permitted items to help identify prohibited or unauthorized materials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, loading zones, and the business perimeter; document observations and report unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
