Expect a daytime to overnight schedule at a commercial real estate site with paid training and advancement opportunities. Minimum requirements include being 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, background check, drug screen, and state licensing as needed.

• Monitor access points and observe visitors and deliveries per site procedures.
• Document daily activities and incidents in logs and reports, communicating with leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Rounds in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office areas, common spaces, parking areas, building entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations in required logs and reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
