As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Security in Coraopolis, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, and provide exceptional customer service. Using computer or tablet systems, you will support a professional, inviting environment while communicating clearly with guests and team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor identification, maintaining visitor records, issuing appropriate credentials, and communicating access procedures.
• Answer and route incoming calls, manage inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding site policies and visitor processes.
• Observe front-desk activity and report suspicious activity, incidents, policy concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific procedures and emergency response protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
