What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a high-traffic technology office location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and issue temporary access badges in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and/or communication systems from the reception area; report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, incident reports, and other required documentation; communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
