Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Visibility in Culver City, CA. You will monitor and protect client sites, perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide a welcoming environment while delivering strong customer service.

Role requires staying vigilant during day/evening/night shifts, meeting minimum age and education requirements, and reporting security observations through established channels.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report observations in required reports.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol observations and security-related concerns in required reports and communicate information to supervision and client representatives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and restricted spaces, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report access concerns or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
