Security Officer Full Time Patrol Response Driver

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Response Driver in Kingsburg, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor alarm panels, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $20.20 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sat: 01:00 PM - 09:30 PM
• Sun: 01:00 PM - 09:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology and telecommunications location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least six months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
