Qualifications

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws; may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of airport facilities and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and check credentials as required by site procedures.

• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Presence in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to travelers, employees, and visitors while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture with teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of airport facilities, terminals, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions or hazards.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and check credentials as required by site procedures to help support controlled entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate airport personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
