• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, loading docks, and exterior grounds to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations and irregular conditions.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Operations in Grand Rapids, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a caring, people-first culture through teamwork, integrity, and reliable service while helping maintain an orderly environment.

Pay Rate: $18.33 / Hour

What You'll Do:
