Allied Universal in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time patrol at an office building. You will protect clients, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents with professionalism while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires day/evening shifts (including weekday and weekend coverage) and an hourly pay rate of $17.51. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred, along with CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other designated locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
