As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Alarm Panel Response in Gibbstown, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to alarms and security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Job Schedule:

• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, process-area perimeters, parking areas, gates, and other designated locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, unauthorized persons, damaged fencing or access points, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Control access for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries by verifying credentials, maintaining required logs, and following site entry and exit procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
