Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Full Time - Overnight Guard in Cincinnati, OH to protect clients across cultural institutions by greeting visitors, enforcing site policies, and performing screening procedures. You will be visible, report security concerns, and provide excellent customer service to guests.

The role requires overnight shifts (Wed-Sat 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with weekly pay, and access to 401K, medical and dental insurance, plus other days off as part of a comprehensive

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a cultural institution.
• Screen visitors, belongings, and incoming items in accordance with site procedures, using screening equipment and access-control processes as assigned.
• Verify visitor credentials and direct guests to appropriate entrances, screening areas, exhibits, and other designated locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned public areas, entrances, exhibit spaces, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

As a Security Officer - Full Time - Overnight Guard in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more.
