Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Full Time - Overnight in Florence, KY. This role involves safeguarding clients, conducting unarmed patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work a overnight schedule and join a collaborative, safety-focused team committed to integrity and community impact. Pay rate is $20.60 per hour with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted under applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, maintenance concerns, and other security-related conditions to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements.

As a Security Officer - Full Time - Overnights in Florence, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
