Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Full Time Observation Patrol in Brooks, KY. You will protect clients across logistics and distribution sites, perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, monitor areas, and report security concerns with professional customer service and teamwork.

The role is full-time, unarmed, with a $18.00 per hour pay rate and evening shifts, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, vehicle parking areas, trailer yards, access points, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and visitors, and report unusual activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific procedures.

As a Security Officer Full Time Observation Patrol in Brooks, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that values integrity, innovation, and teamwork.
