Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at production locations by performing access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain logs of visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Inspect vehicles, shipments, and access points to deter unauthorized entry and support procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner and inform site leadership and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a food and beverage production location by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, shipments, and personnel access points as directed to help deter unauthorized entry and support facility procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to site leadership and appropriate responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
