Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Security Officer Full Time Judicial Screening in West Palm Beach, FL. You will protect clients by screening visitors and items, monitoring access, and reporting security concerns at a government facility.

Expect a full-time schedule with weekdays 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and a pay rate of $19.85 per hour. A background check, licenses, and CPR/x-ray experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while conducting site-specific screenings.
• Screen individuals and items entering government facilities using access-control protocols.
• Monitor screening equipment and report prohibited items or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.

As a Security Officer Full Time Judicial Screening in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Screener at a government location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by screening visitors, packages, and property, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide clear communication and professional customer service while helping to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or 7 years security-related experience or a college degree.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
