Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Hospital Patrol in Seattle, WA. You will conduct unarmed patrols, deter security incidents, and provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Role requires at least one year of security experience, adherence to vaccination requirements, and strong reporting skills. CPR and alarm-panel experience are preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Patrol in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related needs with integrity. Pay Rate: $24.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
