Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join a dynamic hospital team in Avon, OH as a Security Officer Full Time Crisis Intervention. You will monitor, patrol, and support a caring environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

This unarmed role involves responding to incidents, enforcing post orders, and coordinating with hospital staff to ensure safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, access concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and traffic flow while maintaining a professional presence in a healthcare environment.
