Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Documentation in Pittsburgh, PA. You will protect clients across financial institutions, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and perform regular patrols while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control requirements at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports, maintain logs, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor records, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, maintain required logs, and communicate relevant observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
