Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Reporting in Pittsburgh, PA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain a controlled environment for employees, visitors, and financial operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain a controlled environment for employees, visitors, and financial operations.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and required shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
