Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and delivery-related concerns calmly and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of loading areas, parking, entrances, docks and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and movement of employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Document and report security-related incidents and policy violations to leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Experienced in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $15.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Tue 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Thur 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Fri 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking areas, building entrances, docks, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual conditions, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
