Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a dedicated Security Officer Full Time Badge Systems in Fremont, CA to protect automotive manufacturing locations, monitor access, and provide professional customer service.

You will perform patrols, verify credentials, respond to incidents, and collaborate with site personnel to uphold safety and security standards while supporting a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal history considered per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, and assist with emergency response when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and communicating observations to relevant personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking, access points, and perimeters; adapt to site variations.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor/employee activity per site requirements.
• Report maintenance concerns, unusual activity, and hazards to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional environment.

As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Systems in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Security Officer supporting an automotive location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge processes, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking locations, access points, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, employee, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Report maintenance concerns, unusual activity, and potential hazards to appropriate personnel while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a Guard Card or license, preferred.
• Possess CPR certification, preferred.
• Have access control or badge experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
