Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Asset Protection Patrol in Bessemer, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while using technology to document activity. Pay Rate: $17.46 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
