Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Armed Mobile with a Secret DoD clearance for our Jupiter, FL location. You will patrol, deter incidents, and respond to security concerns while delivering professional customer service at an aerospace/defense site.

The role requires armed credentials, 2+ years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. You must meet background and drug screen requirements and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid armed security credentials and a active clearance if required.
• Minimum two years of military, corrections, or law enforcement experience.
• Licensed driver with clean record and willingness to undergo background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-specific security procedures and emergency response at an aerospace/defense site.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions and policy violations through approved channels.
• Maintain firearms qualifications and comply with laws and post orders.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, suspicious activity, and security-related policy violations through required communication and reporting channels.
• Maintain required firearms qualifications and follow applicable laws, post orders, and Allied Universal procedures for the authorized carrying and use of assigned equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
• Must possess a Department of Defense Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 2 years of militry, corrections, law enforcement and military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
