Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Armed Cleared in Jupiter, FL. You will safeguard clients in aerospace/defense sectors, performing patrols, access control, and exceptional customer service as part of a collaborative security team.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $21.54 / Hour. Schedule includes day shifts with multiple daily blocks and weekend coverage as posted.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of corrections, military, or law enforcement experience.
• CPO certification is required.
• Guard card is required (license preferred).
• Must have a DOD Clearance.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense billing operations location by following security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry per visitor management and access control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns per established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and shift activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Clearedin Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will deliver professional customer service and clear communication while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense billing operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry in accordance with site-specific visitor management and access control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and shift activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of corrections, military, and law enforcement experience.
• Possess a CPO certification.
• Guard card is required.
• Must have a DOD Clearance.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
