Job Description

As a Security Officer, you will ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff, enforce hotel policies, and document incidents. Your responsibilities include:

1. Patrolling the grounds to ensure safety and quality.
2. Investigating and reporting complaints, crimes, and incidents.
3. Managing keys, radios, and visitor passes when assigned to dispatch.
4. Performing lock-up and unlock procedures.
5. Assisting in emergency responses and safety inspections.
6. Monitoring traffic and responding professionally to emergencies.

This is a full-time position requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with shifts from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Hotel and security experience preferred
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to complete incident reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
