Overview :

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and employees, assisting as needed, enforcing hotel policies, and documenting your tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Patrolling the resort grounds to ensure safety and quality of experience for guests and staff.
  • Investigating and reporting all guest and staff complaints, losses, crimes, accidents, and incidents promptly and accurately.
  • Managing keys and radios when assigned to dispatch, maintaining logs, and monitoring visitor and package pass procedures.
  • Conducting routine lock-up and unlock procedures for hotel facilities.
  • Assisting in dispatch duties as assigned.
  • Performing daily and monthly safety inspections.
  • Monitoring traffic control as needed.
  • Responding to emergencies professionally and effectively.
  • Actively working to reduce risks of injury, property damage, and other hazards, knowing the correct emergency procedures.

This is a part-time role requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in security preferred
  • CPR / First Aid Certified
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to complete incident reports accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
