Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer First Aid Response Patrol in Liberty Township, OH. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide excellent customer service to tenants and shoppers, and deter security incidents while upholding the company's values of agility, reliability, and integrity.

The role is full-time with a schedule on Mon-Sun afternoons. CPR/First Aid certification and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred. Salary is $18.25 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, parking lots, and exteriors to identify and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly, escalating as needed in line with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized activity with a professional presence.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and share information with leadership and site contacts.

Job Description

As a Security Officer First Aid Response Patrol in Liberty Township, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment while reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and retail personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and help to deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other prohibited activity through a professional presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
