Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Full Time Access Systems Support in Breinigsville, PA. You will monitor access points, manage credentials, and respond to alarm panel activity to maintain a secure environment.

Position is full time with a 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM schedule and hourly pay of $19.47. You’ll perform patrols, assist employees and visitors, and uphold safety standards across a technology-focused site.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue visitor badges, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns, escalating as per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and policy violations.

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Systems Support in Breinigsville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor entry points, manage access credentials, and respond to alarm panel activity to help maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, restricted areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
