Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation conducted as a condition of employment per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and execute site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and manage visitor logs at restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document activity per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility including perimeter, gates, and parking areas.
• Prepare required reports and communicate with employees, contractors, visitors, and leadership.
