• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to automotive manufacturing, office, warehouse, and parking areas by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor records.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents and access-control observations accurately and promptly per site reporting requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to automotive manufacturing, office, warehouse, and parking areas by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and following established entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents, access-control concerns, and unusual observations accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
