This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $18.36, daytime shifts, and opportunities for training and advancement within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Possess supervisory experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor/delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter to identify hazards and maintenance needs.
• Follow reporting requirements and communicate clearly with site personnel and clients.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as applicable, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and client-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
