• Have basic computer and phone skills.
• Have at least 6 months of security, military, or law-enforcement experience.
• Have an Oklahoma CLEET license, or be able to obtain one.
• Have no visible tattoos on your face, neck, head, or hands.
• Have no facial piercings.
• Not have unnatural hair colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Welcome visitors, verify identification, and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Monitor and manage access control points.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify security and safety concerns.
• Monitor security equipment and report maintenance or operational issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents and emergencies.
• Provide first aid when necessary and coordinate with emergency response personnel.
• Answer questions and provide assistance in person and by phone.
• Document incidents and prepare clear, accurate security reports.
• Communicate security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to potential threats.
• Help maintain a safe and secure environment for people and property.
• Represent GardaWorld and our clients with professionalism at all times.
