Job summary

The Brook is seeking a dependable Security Officer to help create a safe, welcoming environment for guests, team members, and the property at The Brook. You will patrol the facility, respond to incidents, assist guests, and protect company assets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid New Hampshire Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Security, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred.
• Strong observation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations.
• CPR, First Aid, AED, and Blood-Borne Pathogens certifications required or ability to obtain.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the casino and surrounding property to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report violations of company policies and gaming regulations.
• Respond to guest, employee, and emergency situations quickly and professionally.
• Escort guests when requested and provide exceptional customer service.
• Complete incident reports, inspections, and other required documentation.
• Assist with lost and found procedures.
• Transport gaming drop boxes and perform other security-related duties.
• Identify potential safety concerns and take proactive action.
• Support emergency response efforts, including contacting law enforcement and medical personnel when needed.
