• Patrol parking lots.
• Escort monetary transfers, fills, and credit.
• Manage customer boarding/disembarking: control crowds, direct traffic, check for prohibited items.
• Assist customers with directions, transportation, and vehicle issues.
• Assist disabled patrons as needed.
• Observe VLT drop and transport funds to the count room.
• Dispatch officers, maintain activity logs.
• Write incident reports for law violations or policy breaches.
• Testify in court for gaming board cases.
• Physical activity may be required.
• Maintain appearance and grooming standards.
• Adhere to attendance and safety policies.
• Keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
• Perform duties safely and responsibly.
• Follow reasonable requests from supervisors or management.
