Job Overview

Starting Pay: $16.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Second Shift 3pm to 11pm; Third Shift 11pm to 7am

Benefits: Paid orientation, medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401k for full-time employees

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments varying by client site

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Subject to background checks and drug screening in accordance with laws
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions
