The Role

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all customers, team members, and company assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers.
• Assist in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and team member incidents and accidents.
• Monitor customer and team member passage in and out of the casino.
• Check for and report safety hazards.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Ensure safety and security of all customers and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by the Missouri Gaming Commission, Bally’s Kansas City, and departmental management.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management.

Qualifications

• One year experience in security preferred.
• Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions.
• Effective communication skills with customers, departments, and team members.
• Knowledge of Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and other applicable laws.
• Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Use of two-way radio, flashlight, and telephone.
• Ability to write clear reports with proper grammar.
• Knowledge of internal controls, Innkeeper Laws, and OSHA regulations.
