We are looking for Security Professionals with Excellent Customer Service Skills and a Professional Appearance.

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem-solve effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments varying by client site.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, professional demeanor.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws, prior to employment.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, one year of driving experience, a clean record, and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service and handle crisis situations efficiently.
• Communicate clearly, give directions, and assist during emergencies.
• Handle multiple tasks, document events, and respond to communication channels.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, assist new officers, and learn Post Orders.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
• Ability to analyze high-stress situations, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
• Remain calm under pressure, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends, team-oriented.
