Job summary

Hyatt Regency Columbus, located downtown near Nationwide Arena, is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests and colleagues. You will patrol, respond to incidents, assist front desk and housekeeping, and coordinate with hotel departments to maintain a safe environment.

What does the ROLE entail?

• Responsible for the oversight of safety and security for hotel guests and colleagues
• Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations
• Respond to guest and colleague emergencies and requests
• Act as liaison between security and other hotel departments
• Train hotel staff as needed
• Other duties may include assisting the front desk and housekeeping as needed with guest requests and concerns
• Provide guests with a safe and caring environment and ensure interactions with guests result in a positive experience
• Support other operating departments as needed

Your EXPERIENCE:

• Security experience in an upscale environment is preferred
