Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety, security, and satisfaction
• Provide a professional demeanor and reassuring presence
• Operate security checkpoints and inspect bags
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit
• Conduct patrols and respond to emergencies
• Maintain order in crowds and perform traffic control
• Serve as Park Dispatcher and Emergency Operations Center Officer
• Act as Security Lead Officer or Officer in Charge in the absence of a supervisor

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and large crowds
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
