Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges or passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Receive and direct guests, manage incoming calls and deliveries, and communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activity.
• Observe front desk and lobby activity, report unusual conditions or policy concerns, and help deter unauthorized access through a professional presence.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
