As a **Security Officer - Front Desk - Real Estate Location** in **San Francisco, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk professional in a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring entry points, greeting visitors, and assisting tenants with inquiries. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will work as part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. This role is primarily stationary, focusing on maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for all who enter the property.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Sat03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.

+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with building management and emergency services when needed.

+ Communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide information about the location.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ California Guard Card is preferred.

+ Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
