• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders.
• Provide directions and assistance, while maintaining visitor confidentiality.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare location.


• Manage the front desk by greeting individuals, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor and access records.


• Monitor entry activity, communications, and security-related systems from a stationary post, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate site personnel and emergency responders as needed.


• Support a welcoming and professional healthcare environment by providing directions, answering routine inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality when handling visitor and access information.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
