Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Front Desk in Aurora, CO to welcome tenants and visitors, monitor access, and maintain a safe, professional environment. The role supports a range of property operations with a focus on customer service, communication, and teamwork.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with property policies; assist with directions and general information as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
