Job Description
Allied Universal is now hiring for a full-time security guard for a foot patrol near Swedesboro, NJ. Applicants must be able to walk long distances, be proficient with computers, and maintain a professional demeanor. The shifts are Friday, Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 12:00 am (Midnight) to 8:00 am. Pay rate is $17.00/hour. We offer attractive pay options such as DailyPay and Weekly Pay, uniforms and equipment at no cost, excellent benefits, career progression, and paid training. As a security officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government.

Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
2. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
3. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements

1. Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
2. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
3. Subject to background investigation and drug screening as per laws.
4. Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
5. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
